Some social media influencers go to great lengths to pump up likes and subscriber numbers. But one guy went a little too far.
Alex Choi directed a video where two people riding a helicopter flung fireworks at a moving Lamborghini…but he didn’t get the proper permits.
According to the US Department of Justice, he was charged with "causing the placement of an explosive or incendiary device on an aircraft" and faces up to ten years in prison.
Choi has over a million Instagram and YouTube and is famous for his "car shenanigans."
Now, he's famous for catching a pretty explosive case!

👉 Give That Prospect a Nudge
Hearing crickets? 🦗 We've all been there.
Prospects are known to stall, which is why advisors should create a healthy sense of urgency.
Whether it's because they're considering other alternatives or they don't have you high on their priority list, gently nudging a prospect the right way could lead to a win.
Here are some tips to do it in style:
➡️ Need, meet solution: You should find out as much as you can on a prospect so you can provide them with a custom-fit solution.
In your discovery process, make sure you're uncovering as many needs as possible so you can come up with a strategy they can't refuse. When you reach back out, you'll have these needs in your arsenal to prompt them into action.
➡️ Not making a decision is a decision: Some prospects might not have a good grasp on the benefits of taking action. If they're risk-averse, they may think not going with your recommendations is the safer bet, even if they're really leaving money on the table.
In your follow up, ask if they believe their current allocation will outperform your proposal. It’ll restart the conversation.
➡️ The cost of waiting around: Let's say you presented a strategy to a prospect with a bunch of cash sitting in a bank account. If they're still sitting on it weeks later, you can grab the data on how your strategy performed and show them the cost of waiting.
When they see what they missed out on reflected in hard data, they're more likely to jump on board.
➡️ Buying in: If a prospect has been hanging on to the same portfolio for years, they might be afraid to abandon it for a brand new strategy and get cold feet.
Instead of throwing the baby out with the bathwater, suggest a strategy that allows them to keep some of their holdings. Then, it makes it easier for you to nudge them into something new.
When all else fails and you're truly stumped, don't be afraid to ask what it will take for them to make a decision.
It's a bold question, but it'll uncover the unknown and allow you to brainstorm solutions. 🙌

Bird watchers in the English county of Cheshire recently received a surprise in their skies: a white stork.
What's so special about this feathered-friend? White storks were believed to be extinct for 600 years.
Thanks to efforts from local zoos and wildlife parks, the birds are back and breeding. They've also been reintroduced to the wild, but much farther north in the Cotswolds.
Seeing one of the birds far away from where they were originally released is a wonderful sign. Nature is healing!
Bird lovers can catch a glimpse of a stork family live on the Knepp White Stork nest camera. 🕊️😄
